Community Angel Resource Exchange (CARE) is passionate about building a healthy, sustainable community. We develop collaborative partnerships with other regional nonprofits with  similar goals. This broader network helps ensure that we can reach the maximum community members with minimum waste. In addition to working with other organizations, CARE is dedicated to growing the greater CARE network, which includes identification of those in need and identification of those willing to accept resources that are at risk of being wasted. Regional waste currently exceeds the material needs for the underprivileged in nearly every category. CARE strives to increase awareness and increase reach to ensure that the community needs are met, but also strives to establish a larger network of participants willing to help mitigate waste by accepting items to ensure their utility.

Community Angel Resource Exchange accepts in-kind donations from regional nonprofits, monetary donations from individuals, local businesses, and local organizations, as well as material donations (supplies and other operational items) from individuals, businesses, and organizations. Every donation received makes a difference and is appreciated.
