NONPROFIT COLLABORATION

Community Angel Resource Exchange (CARE) is passionate about building a healthy, sustainable community. Most issues facing any community are large enough to warrant teamwork and collaboration. Resource waste and resource insecurity are both very large problems and both problems are exacerbated by time. Without collaboration between organizations and community members, both problems will remain unresolved. We develop collaborative partnerships with regional organizations with  similar or compatible goals and missions. This broader network helps ensure that we can reach the maximum number of community members in the shortest possible time frame which serves to mitigate resource waste on a larger scale. This collaboration is part of the CARE Network

The CARE Network consists of:

  • Community members dedicated to raising awareness and accepting surplus
  • Community members suffering from resource insecurity who agree to accept surplus
  • Local and regional organizations with similar/compatible missions and goals that accept surplus
